Care Practice operates on a fee-for-service model. What does that mean? It means we provide the care you need—where you need it when you need it—and you pay us before you go.

We accept most forms of payment including cash, check, and debit and credit cards.

Although we do not accept your insurance, if you submit your bill, your insurance may decide to cover some of the care we provide. To be reimbursed by your insurance company, you must submit paperwork to them. We will provide you with your bill so you can submit it, but we do not submit it for you, nor can we give you an estimate of how much they will or will not cover.
