Difficult Patients

We know people are increasingly under a tremendous amount of stress in the Bay Area. Interacting with a non-intuitive health care system only makes it that much worse. We would just like to remind potential patients that if people call and are rude to our staff, even the lowest level person in our office reserves the right to hang up on you.
